Title: The sports festival finally begins!

An announcement declaring the start of the games. But Mikan isn't in the mood. Natsume, hurt by Mikan telling him his worrying about her is a nuisance, coldly replies to her "really." Mikan regrets what she said thinking to herself:"I didn't really mean to say that...". Natsume walks away angry. Ruka can see Mikan's regretful face. Kokoroyomi & Iincho call out to Mikan, it's time to join their teams.

Mikan decides to get herself back together and do her best in these games. They participated in all sorts of events, jump rope, hardle races ect, The whites are slightly winning over the reds, and Jinno chief teacher of the reds isn't happy. Kokoroyomi and Iincho take part of a bread eating race,in which they have to catch a bread hanging by a rope, catch it by their mouth and eat it all before finishing the race. Kokoroyomi ends up eating a bread that blows him up into a balloon...and he floats away.....somewhere....Iincho is stuck with a never ending bread, some others with sleeping breads. These games are crazy. The scores are 65 to 49 for the whites. It's time to get ready for the last race, The obstacle relay. The reds need to win this race. Compared to all other games, in this one more than a good alice, you need LUCK. and so, as Tono explanes to Mikan, they decided to choose those they thought had best luck to enter this race. The runners are: For the White team: Natsume, Hotaru, Ruka, Perm, Kakitsubata (re-read the Hanazonokai chapters if you forgot who she is) Narumi ect. The Reds: Mikan, Tono, Tsubasa, Misaki, Sakurano, Jinno, Kitsuneme. Mikan is suprised since she didn't know she'd be in this race. Hotaru's brother who is also part of the red team as medic, WANTS to win and sends them off with a spooky: " A few bruises, I'll take care of that so go and give it your all". He's in for the win.(This is the scariest of events because you never know what kind of trap is waiting for you.) For this race, they will be seperated in groups of three,

First teams to go are
Teams A: Red: Tsubasa-Misaki-Noda-sensei. White:Natsume-Hotaru-and some unkown student.
Teams B: Red: Tono-Sakurano-Youichi(Yo-chan).....the announcement of the teams continue.
Tono tries to sound strong saying "kid's like that who don't know anything aren't a problem" but Sakurano replies with a calm smile that since Tono forcefully put him in this race, if they lose he won't let Tono go easy. Narumi is smiling, finding the red team opponents to be interesting members. The announcement of the teams continues. "Narumi-Yamanouchi Shizune(kakitsubata)- some other kid. And team 5 is the red's: Jinno-sensei, Sakura Mikan and Kitsuneme-kun"

Kitsune-me and Mikan are in hell.....

Jinno:"since you were chosen, you'd better give it more than your best, or else..."
While Ruka and perms names are being named as the last team, Ruka is starring at poor Mikan being bulied around by Jinno. Ruka calls out to Mikan. He wants to tell her not to worry about what happened earlier (The rumor, Natsume asking about it, her telling natsume is worrying is a nuisance ect) but poor Ruka-pyon just can't find the courage tell all this to her and simply tells her "let's both do our best" They are caught talking to each other (enemies) and Tono grabs Mikan by the head dragging her away. Hotaru and Kikitsubata who are in for the reward money tell Luka off.

But Mikan yells from afar "thank you Ruka-pyon" Natsume is looking at Ruka.

Girls around are excited: "did you hear, Natsume and Ruka will be racing...oh which should I cheer for..."

Ruka and Natsume Look at each other, but Ruka quickly looks away.

They both: "I don't want to lose" (Now, now, nothing specifically says they're pertaining about this race)

The race begins, first obstacle is hardles. Narumi thinks he's lucky this year, just to find himself nocked out by a hardle that stretches up as high as his jump. The hardles can stretch up and down, but no one knows which way they'll go. While Narumi and Noda-sensei are having a hard time with the hardles, Perm and Mikan clear them. For the moment Mikan has the feeling this race may be easier than she expected. But next obstacle is "riding balls". They have to choose a ball (some of every sizes) and ride it. While Mikan can't decide which ball to go for, Perm decides quickly but unluckily ends up with a "fleeing ball" (the ball runs away) It's a difficult choice because once you've chosen a ball, you can't change.. Mikan still can't decide. From behind arrive Noda and Narumi. They both choose small balls, stick gum to heir shoes, stick the balls to the gum and RUN. Yo-chan rides the ball using a per poltergeists from his alice. Though Mikan and Perm arrived first they are now last. Jinno is furious and screams to Mikan to hurry up. Mikan startled finally decides on a ball but it blows up to a humongous size as soon as touched. To ride this ball she need to climb it, but it started rolling while she was climbing, so Mikan ended up more than riding the ball, being ridden by the ball. Now everyone can see why this race is popular to watch but no one wants to join. Mikan is caught by Tsubasa. He comforts crying Mikan. Now it's Jinno's turn to race.

Ruka starring at Mikan. "Just once, I want to be first in front of Sakura."

Perm finally arrives, "Ruka-kun I'm so sorry, I...".

But Ruka strongly tells her " Shouda, don't worry. I'll make it" Perm and Natsume are surprised at Ruka's confidence.

Ruka to himself:"I don't want to loose to anyone"

From afar someone screams:"What the hell is this! it's too scary!!"

The second area is a moving plant by Misaki-sensei. Kids are entangled by the plants arms.

Narumi and Noda-sensei: "Misaki-sensei, did you want to kill our students...?"

Misaki-sensei actually hadn't been told by the school what this plant would be used for. Hotaru uses an invention of hers, bee wings, to fly over the obstacle. Her VIP maniac fans (rich old men from all over the world) are cheering for her. Mikan surprised cheers for Hotaru. Somewhere 2 pairs of glasses say about Hotaru "Not bad".... Now was it Hotaru's brother or Jinno? Which glasses said so.

Jinno, who also needs to pass this obstacle begins to fry the plant with his thunder alice. Tono takes advantage of the path Jinno is creating. Kakitsubata uses her sound alice to kill some parts of the plant.

Next trap is the "Cosplay rotating doors!"

Once you've entered a door you automitically turn into some type of costume. No one wants to enter. First goes Hotaru, but the minute she enters the door she's stuck in a Tarako suit. Seems she got the worst of the cosplays available but her maniac fans are still cheering. Looks like they like it.

The commentaters talk about this Cosplay trap. "Whether your cosplay is a win or a loose, it's still going to be embrassing. Nothing good about it" Hotaru is rolling off somewhere in her silly tarako suit (no arms no feet) Jinno, Tono, Kakitsubata ect, everyone is stuck in front of the trap.

This obstacle race is hell.

Gakuen Alice 81

This chapter begins with Tsubasa calling out to Hotaru, Natsume and Ruka who were running after captured Mikan.

Tsubasa: "Hey! Hotaru ne-san (Ne-san: oneesan, meaning older sister. just a title Tsubasa gave to Hotaru though she is younger than him) Long time no see! Natsume and Ruka-pyon too. What are you in a hurry for?"

The three are surprised to the site of Tsubasa.

Ruka: "Kage"(shadow)

Hotaru:"Hage" (bald)

Natsume:"Mage" (old japanese male hair style, like samurais used to have)

Tsubasa: "um, since when has my nickname have a rule to finish with "ge"? and have a connection to hair styles?" The three ignore Tsubasa's question and start running again.

Tsubasa:"Hey! What are you running for!?"

Tsubasa:"What? Mikan was arrested by the Fuukitai? What did she do this time...Don't tell me you're running after them..hey"

Tsubasa: Since you are running after them you do have a plan on how to save her right!? If you're only running after them you'll be mistaken as accomplices you know?!" The three stop on their tracks.

Ruka:"You got a plan.... right?"

Natsume to Hotaru:"....you got one right?"

Hotaru:" ...A Plan? What are you talking about? I was simply running a marathon, to change my mind. Then all of a sudden these two starting folowing me. Stalkers?"

Natsume, Ruka, Tsubasa:"She's lying 'cause she didn't have a plan!? what a way to get out of it...!!"A surprised Mikan to the sight of the Fuukitai who arrested her.

Mikan:"Representetive of the Taishitsu-kei!?" (the name is Goshima) sweetly smiling

Goshima:"keep your voice down"

Panicing Mikan thinking to herself:"Why!?" His face change, his body shape change! I don't get it..." "W..Why....Why is this person helping me..."

Goshima:"Well...I can understand your confusion. I cannot give y ou any details but I was ordered by a certain someone to "save you""

Mikan:"A certain someone? (on Mikan's face: Sakurano-senpai)"

Goshima:"Not Sakurano."Mikan surprised to the fact that Goshima realised what she was thinking.

Goshima:"I cannot give you any details but there is someone who has been worried and watching over you from the shadows in this school."

Mikan:"who could it be..."

Goshima: Sakurano and others includin Hotaru's brother) and I believe in the same ideals and follow under this certain person. For certain reasons Sakurano(put in plurial sense meaning also Hotaru's brother and others following with Sakurano) cannot move freely now as they used to. So, this is the reason why today I am the one who came to save you."

Mikan:"Someone watching over me...?"

Mikan:"in this school,someone worried about from the shadows(from afar)..."

Goshima:"Well then, lets say you were given no punishment, go back to your classroom. I'll take care of everything.

Mikan:"...is there such a person?...... I thought the new student principal, representative Goshima, who started up the Fuuklitai system was part of those who would strictly control over us. to think he is someone who follows the same way as Sakurano-senpai....Now to think of it, what exactly are Sakurano-senpai and others.... what ideals..."

Goshima plays around with his hair and face, changing into a completely and very ugly person.

Hotaru:"Why?"Tsubasa earlier speaking to them before they decide to hide in the bush.

Tsubasa:"anyways you guys go back to class., there is the chance that Mikan's punishment may be light. I'll go ask around my connections if there isn't anything that can be done."

Hotaru:"Connections...? why do you have?"

Tsubasa:"Anyways, what'll you do if you also get caught by the Fuukitai. "All three don't believe Tsubasa has connections and begin to walk away.

Tsubasa:"Wait! i do have connections!!!

Hotaru, Ruka and Natsume begin to walk back towards class.

Tsubasa:"Go back. Got it!"

Tsubasa:"Leave Mikan's case to me and Tono. Don't do anything unnecessary."

Hotaru sees Natsume holding back Tsubasa to talk.Back to Hotaru and Ruka hiding in the bushes eavesdropping on Natsume and tsubasa's conversation.

Natsume:"...you fine with that?"Tsubasa:"n?"

Natsume:"if you do anything careless, you risk getting found out by Mikan. You were transfered to the dangerous abilities, She still doesn't know does she."

Hotaru and Ruka stunned: "Tsubasa-senpai transfered to the dangerous abilities...!?"

Natsume:"Well, 'cause of the transfer student, for the moment no sign of her noticing anything"

Tsubasa:"About that, I already asked the other Tokuryoku students to tell the same lie. anyways, though I'm transfered to the dangerous abilities, on the outside I still have a place in the Tokuryoku class, so no worries about that"

Tsubasa:"From what you guys just told me, I don't intend to do anything to make her even more down.""If Mikan finds out anbout this, she'll surely blame herself. Anyways, if she finds out about the case we're on, I can't face her."

Natsume:"..You're team hasn't caught her yet?"

Natsume:"Azumi yuka"

Tsubasa:"This time's move was also fake info. but ever since I heard that story, I'm praying she(Azumi Yuka) can run away from us"

Tsubasa:"to think that that woman is Mikan's mother. It's just natural that school's got their eye on Mikan.Ruka and Hotaru, shocked!Hotaru remember when Azumi yuka tried to steal Mikan's alice. "the stealing alice"

Natsume:"If you catch her, tell me right away"

Tsubasa: "I know. What about around Hotaru and Ruka, nothing going on?"

Natsume:"For the moment nothing."

Tsubasa:" right....but we can't rest assured yet... well then I'm going. You'd better go back soon"

Hotaru remembering Azumi Yuka, Mikan's blackened hand turning Persona's alice into an alice stone."to think that that woman is Mikan's mother." "You're team hasn't caught her yet?" "I can't face her..."

Mikan:"Oh! everyone from the white team!!"

Tsubasa: "Hey! what are you doing being amiable to the opponent?"

Mikan surprised:"eh?"Tsubasa picks up Mikan:"Mikan did you grow a bit while I was gone?"

Mikan:"Tsubasa-senpai..."Tono:"Hey Tsubasa... what are you sexually harassing her... gimme"

Misaki:"can you really speak"

Mikan:"Tono-senpai, Misaki-senpai, Megane-senpai"Mikan hugging Tsubasa. She begins to cry.Everyone is stunned.

Tsubasa picks up Mikan in his arms:"Sorry. I got you really worried didn't I. even though it's your first time for the sports festival, I wasn't there to teach you anything, couldn't practice much with you guys. It's my fault I took aways half of the fun to the festival for you."

Tsubasa:"I'm sorry, MIkan"

Mikan:"Tsubasa-senpai..."Tsubasa puts Mikan down and pats her head:"But it's ok. Everything. If all ends well all is well."

Tsubasa:"All this gloom, lets blow it all away!

mikan:"yeah...".The tokuryoku class begin to get excited. But from afar, Luna is watching Mikan.Whispering from students around:"hey, did you hear...the rumor about Mikan.." "The reason why she was able to come back from her arrest by the Fuukitai like nothing happened?" "She swindled the Fuukitai" "heard she showed her underwear to get pardoned" "euw, really"

Natsume:"Na..Natsume?"

Natsume:"Did you really show off your underwear to some guy"

Ruka and Iincho:"Natsume?"

Hotaru:"That can't be"

Mikan shocked:"He believes in the rumor...!?"

Natsume:"I asked you if it's true, hurry up and answer"

Mikan:"Wha....Are you stupid...Of course N..."From afar Luna's evil shadow spreading closer and closer to Mikan.

Mikan:"....It's none of your busyness"Natsume looks a bit hurt by Mikan's words.
